Fish Our International Chefs... have put together an extensive menu from around the world that includes unusual dishes from America’s Deep South, California and Mexico.

Cajun Blackened Fish and Steak, Jambalaya, Mexican Fajitas, Mocambique Gaint Tiger Prawns, Ostrich Fillets, Karoo Lamb Shanks, Thai Prawn and Chicken Curry are just some of our many delicious dishes.

We also receive daily supplies of fresh fish flown in from the coast and pride ourselves in using only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Fish On the Meat Side...  We serve beef of the highest quality from farmers who have the best breed of cattle in the country.

Our steaks are matured for at least 4 weeks at specific temperatures.

Diners can have their choice of Rump, Sirloin or Fillet, charcoal grilled for extra flavour with either our unique basting sauce or pepper-crusted to enhance the natural flavour of the meat and release its succulent juices.
Fish Those with a sweet tooth will find our dessert menu irresistable. Including:

Strawberry Pavlova, Mississippi Mud Pie, Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Lava, Banana Foster and Homemade Fig Ice-cream.
Fish Wine...  is every bit as important to us as food is. Our air-conditioned wine cellar comprises varietals to suit wine connoisseurs and casual-drinkers alike. From Alto to Zandvliet, we strive to stock wines that enhance your food and dining experience.
